General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the commercial relationship between Wydler Digital (hereinafter “the Provider”) and any person subscribing to a paid plan on Crezio (hereinafter “the Client”).

2. Service

The Provider offers an online loan calculator with the following features: monthly payment simulation, amortization table, PDF and Excel export, calculation history saving. Some features are reserved for Pro plan subscribers.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the Pricing page in CHF, EUR, or USD depending on the Client's location. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. The subscription renews monthly automatically.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 40a et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online in Switzerland. However, the Client may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Duration and Termination

The Pro subscription is concluded for an indefinite period with monthly billing. The Client may cancel at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Liability

Calculations provided are estimates for informational purposes and do not constitute financial advice. The Provider excludes all liability for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, and design of Crezio remain the exclusive property of Wydler Digital.

10. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
