These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Crezio service, operated by Wydler Digital, Clos-de-Bonané 46, 1565 Vallon, Switzerland. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Service Description
Crezio is an online loan calculator that allows you to simulate monthly payments, view amortization tables, and export reports. The service is available in a free version (with ads) and a Pro version (paid, ad-free, with additional features).
3. Registration
Registration is required to access saving and export features. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose. It is forbidden to attempt unauthorized access to the service, decompile it, or use calculation results for professional financial advice without independent verification.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design of Crezio are the property of Wydler Digital. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Pricing
The free plan offers basic calculator features. The Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription at the rate shown on the Pricing page. Prices are displayed in CHF, EUR, or USD depending on your location.
7. Limitation of Liability
Calculations provided by Crezio are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. Wydler Digital shall not be held liable for decisions made based on these calculations. The service is provided “as is”.
8. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Wydler Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.
10. Modifications
Wydler Digital reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes with 30 days' notice.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
